Help! Fancy dress!!!!!

For my birthday........i'm havign a fancy dress party!
i'm excited!
The trouble is.........everyone who's coming knows what they're dressing up as but I can't decide! hehe i need some ideas!!!!
I sew...so i'd like something sew-able!! so i can make something fun!
Any ideas would be apprciated!!
