craftgrrlI made this from a size 18 (UK sizes) or 20 (USA sizes) T-shirt, which I loved the pattern on and had to use!!
Sooo.... I took it in at the sides, added some black ribbon/lace stretchy stuff to the arms, and the bottom slits and also the line down the middle.
At first I was going to make it in an 80's off the shoulder style, but then I changed my mind after getting fed up of seeing this in the shops.
Instead, I took inspiration from chinese/japanese clothing and also the constrast 60's clothing with giant buttons that's popular over here at the mo! :-)
here's how it ended up. Apologies for the bad photos! It was hard to do!!
