Did anyone catch that commercial a while ago with Halle Berry and Britney Spears? It was because they were both going to be guest stars on SNL (the one where they almost kiss). If not, here's a link. I tried to do a screenshot of it but it just doesn't work (apparently not only can you not print-screen DVDs but also MPEG files).

Anyway... I love Britney's scarf that she wore. Maybe not in those colors exactly.. but I'm guess it's knitted. Or loosely crocheted with a big hook. It's hard to see in this video file, but it had this fuzzy look to it and I was wondering what kind of yarn would be close to that consistency? I was thinking perhaps Fun Fur? But I'm not really sure...

I saw some scarves at Macy's on the display racks with the coats today too, that were made of this same material (but in wintery colors like khaki, brown, and white).

Random note to self: I should learn to knit. I saw knitted scarves at Express today as well -- half of the scarves were one color (like black) and the other another color (like white) and they were selling for like $20 or $30, when of course you could make the same thing for much less..
