craftgrrlI was wondering about cutting a kneelength (or longer, for that matter) plaid wool skirt with pleats so that it looks more like a mini. If anyone's been to the mall lately, you might have seen these plaid pleated wool skirts.
So my question is, can I just cut it, pin the pleats, and sew up the hem? Would that work?
