I finished a necklace tonight with stamped faux finish polymer clay (faux rust) and a tassle from today's trip to Hobby Lobby for their half off all tassles! The direct link is here or you can go to the main page and click on the necklace gallery, it is top row second page. The rest of the pieces have been shipped off to Belle Armoire so this is the first one that has actually gotten to my site!

I also bought some liquid sculpey today so I can do all kinds of image transfer to polyer!

I've been on a faux-fur kick for the last couple of days...

Made myself an obnoxious satchel:

and a scarf for my sister's 8th birthday:

It even has a jingle bell in the tail!

all polymer clay is 1/2 off at michaels this week! the ad said something like "modeling clay" so I didnt think that it counted but when I was there today sho nuff it was half off too. I got a 2 pound box of plain white, plus some smaller packages of some cool colors to play with. Then I used my 50% off coupon on an acrylic clay roller. Now if my kids would hurry up and go to bed so I can play!

For some reason, I keep all my Mint Skittles boxes, you know, those plastic things they come in, and I really want to find something to use them for, other than storage of small objects.

Seriously, I have a shoebox overflowing and I have them lying around my desk and my backpack. Mint Skittles are good.

Any ideas?
