I hope this would be a good place to post this...

I'm not a big fan of distressed jeans. I was picking out jeans about a month ago, and accidentally grabbed a pair (2 pairs of the same pants but one pair was distressed - put back the wrong pair). I think they look a bit tacky and I'm hoping I could either darken or lighten them.

Here they are:

A friend of mine asked me to make her a passport holder for her trip to Europe. I went for a squid since she likes those.

I used sequins for his suction cups. and made a friendship bracelet as the holder for the button.
There is a pocket for money and the passport and pockets for cards.

I'm making another felt baby book (even though I said I'd never make another!!) This time I'm doing a Llama for "L". It's my first doing a llama ANYTHING! So now I'm a bit stumped. These are crappy camera phone pics. The background is actually a dark purple. The space in the upper right side just seems super blank to me. I was hoping to get some suggestion of what to add there.

anyone??

Anyone interested in some paper scraps? I know a few people posted about this a looong while ago, but i have a lot of these scraps that i don't use so thought someone here might be interested in some. Leave a comment here if you're interested. I can fill up to 15 envelopes.

EDIT: DONE. NO MORE SCRAPS SORRY!!

I'm thinking of painting my light switch & plug-in plates (or whatever you call them)switch plates --thanks to [livejournal.com profile] pinkninky for the correct wording-- & I need to know what kind of paint to use.

Also, if anyone has any ideas on patterns. The living room, office, dining room, & kitchen are Ralph Lauren's "Stony Mountain"; the guest bath is "Stony Mountain" on the bottom half & "Derby Red" on the top half; & the master bath is "Stony Mountain" on the bottom half & "Bahama" (this color is discontinued, but looks like a more vibrant version of "Aegean Blue") on the top half. With the rooms that have multiple colors I want to incorporate both colors, but after that I'm stuck. Any input would be greatly appreciated :)

Hi Everyone,

I'm going to attempt to make something in a camouflage design, but I can't find any peyote camouflage patterns anywhere. It's only going to be a very small amulet bag. Can anyone recommend any sites where I can find this?

thank you very much!

It's been a long time since I've posted here, but that doesn't mean I haven't been making anything.

So...since I work in a call center, pretty much all day I just talk on a headset, so my hands are free....

Idle hands you know... )
