I enjoy baking... i enjoy it so much that i love to get it all over my clothes. I wanted an apron that was "girly" and of course something that I like.
I found a pattern for an apron, but it was only 1 sided (which means it's 1 layer), which i know i'll probably get oil/butter/etc. all over it thinking that i'm ok when the oil/butter/etc. would seep through.

anyway, here's my apron:

Hi guys, I'm looking for some really nice, clean, cheap, contemporary purse & dog collar hardware.

I searched the memories, but I couldn't really find any posts on the subject.

Do you guys know of any great sources for those kind of things? I've tried ebay to no avail.

So it's not text only )

hi! i just have a quick bit to share!

i found this mini-scrapbook in the dollar bin at target - however being a dollar it's not got any excitement, unless green is what gets you going? however! for being just a dollar it is awesome! there are 8 pieces of cardstock inside and easily comes apart for your crafting wishes. i just wanted to share how i spruced mine up for the time being...there are endless possibilities for such a small, wonderful object i believe!

I know there's often glue questions asked in here, and I stumbled upon this article this morning:

http://www.gettingcrafty.net/sticky-situation-no-more/

It gives a quick rundown of what sorts of glues are good for different purposes, and also has a link to the excellent This to That website.

And if anyone else is interested, I added an RSS feed of getting crafty to LJ here: [livejournal.com profile] gettingcrafty

I'm hooked on RSS feeds, so if anyone has good recommendations for good ones to read (or good craft blogs period) I'd love your links =)

I am a long time stalker, and finally got around to taking pictures of some of my stuff.

multi-layered Guad

This weekend I did LOTS of gocco printing--so much I used up all of my screens and bulbs. I also learned that I need to put a clock in my art house. Sunday night I was working away printing samples for a workshop proposal, and needed to go into my house for something. I looked at the clock, and it was almost 5am. Whoops! No wonder I got so much done. But, I paid for it the next day. I had so much fun making them though and got some great samples for my workshop proposals. Now I need to order more screen and bulbs!
