Inspired by a friend's recent confession over dinner of his obsession with candy corn, I crafted this little number...

I know... I need help.

Hello all! I made something for a Halloween theme; this is my fish bag, but he's got a secret to share...

I don't think he feels so well!

I wonder what he ate?

Click the picture to see the rest of the picture series; not gorey, just silly fun with yarn. It makes me giggle perpetually. ^^

He doesn't feel so good...

Happy Halloween! (yeah a little early I know!)

(originally posted in [profile] weloveamigurumi , as well as my personal journal, and now here at [community profile] craftgrrl- because I must share my silly sense of humor!)

First post, long time stalker

My boyfriend let me know about 2 hours before a party that we needed a present for his brother and and his wife and their child. I quickly threw together a frame, decorated it with polymer clay, and put all three names and a cute picture in the frame of the three of them from an outing. I still had time to shower and get dressed. Let me know what you think!

hey everyone I'm trying to make a model of The Death of Rats as a fun part of my costume. If you don't know who he is I've provided an illustration of him from a mouse pad sold at Lspace.org behind the cut.

The photos are behind a cut because they are large. I'm thinking of maybe getting a marker and making his nostrils and behind the blue in his eyes darker. What do ya'll think? Also advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hello everyone. I'm working on my first real crochet project (Zero!) and I'm just not sure if I'm doing it right. I've only really crocheted edges on knit things before. The shaping and everything is going okay, but it's spiraling a lot. I just finished round 33 and the 6 decreases don't line up with the ones previously.

Is the spiraling normal or did I do something wrong with the joining?

I am thinking of going as a stereo typical art school girl. I happen to BE an art school girl, but I want to go REALLY over the top.
So far, I'm thinking a black beret, thick glasses, a black turtleneck...
What else am I forgetting? I know that most of you know "the type" I mean. I've BEEN the type, but I want to be super obvious, ya know?

Lots of black eyeliner is a must, I'm thinking, as well.

Any suggestions?

Thanks! :)
