Where (online) can I get a lot of safety eyes for little money?

I went to another workshop today and felt pretty good that I got one page done. This paper is from my Once Upon A time pack, and I thought it completely suitable for this. The journaling says "If I could reach up and hold a STAR every time you made me SMILE the entire evening sky would be in the palm of my hand".
I used dark blue paper and Glamour Dust on the letters and stars so they matched the paper almost exactly. A couple of embelishments and the page was done. I chalked around the lettering strips to match the outside edge of the page. I think it came out rather well. What do you think?

Hi! I've just finished a mind-numbing 15 hour exam so some time hanging out with my hot glue gun and sewing machine was desperately needed..

I bought one of these - yes, that's a spinning wheel - a la Sleeping Beauty. Or Rumpelstiltskin. Or... whatever. And, yes, it's made of PVC piping. It's not the prettiest thing in the world, but it does a darn good job at spinning. :)

This came in the mail on Thursday, and I've been playing with it pretty much non-stop. I've gotten to the point where I don't suck, which makes me happy. ;)

A few weeks ago I bought a bunch of undyed roving (the fluffy stuff you spin), and I spent all weekend making it pretty with food coloring.

My hands are dyed pink, my fingernails are an icky shade of purple, but I have a big ole' pile of Brown Sheep mill end roving in amazing, bright colors ready to spin.

Pretty dyed stuff behind the cut! )

I'm going to be doing some silkscreening using photo emulsion... but as it happens my printer cartidge has crapped out and is printing a little light. :(

I was going to print out an image with on a transparancy and use it in the photo emulsion process.

Can I just 'touch up' the image using a black permanent marker? Or is there any other way I can fix up this not too dark image that will work in the photo emulsion process?

I can't get to an office supply store for a new cartidge for a couple of days and overnight Sunday delivery is a little out of my price range haha

thx in advance!
