FIRST POST!

Hello everyone! I've been lurking for a while and being inspired by everyone! The main things I do are sewing and cross-stitch, but I've had a go at many different crafts with varying degrees of success! Recently I got a bee in my bonnet about trying to make some beaded jewellery, so equipped with several books and half the contents of my local bead shop I made these!

I had to take a sock monkey break due to a too soft stuffing incident and lumpy monkeys, so I decided I'd use up the floppy stuffing and make some bears. My first attempt had a head that was really misaligned but then I found this pattern and made this little guy! It's some old fur that my mother in law gave me. It was kinda hard to work with because I was worried about it disintegrating when I touched it *L*

Today I made my own business cards and a fabric holder out of scrap material that my bf used to upholster his "man" chair...

Today also involved making 2 handfuls of scrapbooking items made from printer paper, Microsoft Word, scissors, and some old beer caps I'd been saving. I intend on giving these to my friend for her birthday. She is big on photo albums and scrapbooking.

I noticed that a lot of blogs I read have copyright stuff in the corners or pics. I recently posted a lot of pics of my Mario Scarf here and on a separate blog and was wondering if I should be putting copyright by Me on the pics.
