I had bought some adjustable rings with loops some time back but just never did anything with them. Inspired by an episode of Creative Juice, I finally knew what to do with them.

black & silver ring )
This 2 loop silver ring had started to oxide and had a black-ish patina. I liked the way it with the various black beads. I added two dangles per loop.

gold dangle ring )
This gold ring is also adjustable and had 8 loops for an extra lush look.

I want to try making these easy "embossed" tins (http://www.craftstylish.com/item/4976/how-to-emboss-a-metal-tin) but I'm wondering... if it's that soft and easy to emboss, won't it easily be marred once I'm done? Can anyone think of a way that will keep it from being ruined if it's to be used or thrown in a purse or bag or something?

Hello Party People,

I'm in the market for a color laser printer. I'll be printing out my illustrations and making stickers, letterhead, cards, etc. with the printer. I want something that gives me spectacular color. I'm mainly looking for a color laser printer that costs under $300. I'll also be buying a new scanner, but I want it to be seperate from the printer.

I figure that some of you crafty people must have laser printers of your own - would you mind telling me what models you have? How the printer works out for you, any good sites for further research, blah blah etc. etc.

Thanks so much!

Behind the cut you will find a rough draft of one of the stickers I'm making :-p So as to make this post a bit lively.
Behold! )

Hi crafty ladies & gents!

Do any of you have any experience or resources regarding the styling, care and keeping of acrylic wigs? When I google it I get lots of wig sales places, but not too much about upkeep. I've got limited equipment at my disposal for Halloween (I live in backwoods podunk and I'm broke) but need to craft a Marie Antoinette wig! I've got a white and pink acrylic wig that would be perfect, but it's straight hair.

Hopefully someone can help me!
