Long time crafter but I've just begun to sell things on etsy. I'm unemployed and had a hodge podge of beads to work from so I thought I would give it a try. So far there are only necklaces but I was thinking of adding these compact mirrors that Lacey and myself decorated with glitter and cut outs.

What do you think of them? Age range they would appeal to?

Sorry I could not upload pic to the post.

We have a second batch we are going to make but they are going to be much simpler. Going to work on those tomorrow!

Crochet bone. Not great, but it was a trial and error.

Hello all! I've been lurking around for a little bit and have been really inspired by some of the things I've seen. I've got some things in the works but had a few pictures of already-done things I wanted to share. :)

Finished another one. This little guy is going to be my football buddy. Roll Tide!

The pattern came from the book Amigurumi World

Snow globes are fun to play with, but even more of a blast to make. It's a great way to recycle small glass jars and display extra Star Wars miniatures you might have handy.

This glitter globe recreates the snow tundra-like planet that you find the Talz species the Jedi and clone troopers encounter in the "Trespass" episode of The Clone Wars. But you can also use an AT-AT or wampa ice creature figure to make a Hoth scene. Or switch to green glitter and make a Dagobah scene.

Doggy Coats

One of the ladies at work was telling us how every time it snows her husband has to go out and shovel paths in the back yard so their little dog could go outside. She said she only had two coats for the dog (Daisy) and when there was a lot of snow the coats weren't drying quickly enough. Since she is such an awesome person and always helps out others when she can I decided to try my hand at dog coats. The first one is from a pattern and the second one is based off of it, but a different stitch.

Anyhow here they are: Warning! Picture Heavy )

So here's something, what does everyone do for inspiration? I'm kinda stuck in a rut of making stained glass tree pendants & I love 'em so much that I really cant think of anything else. Help! =]

My good friend Taryn owns a company called TalkingSquid, and after seeing all the adorable cephalopods posted on here, I decided to try my hand at my own amigurumi squid.

As a late christmas/early birthday present, I made her a little mascot that she can take along to craft shows.

EDIT: Since Photobucket seems to think that when I tell it to resize something that I am actually just kidding, and in order to save everybody's serves/computer from exploding I have edited this post's photo count WAY down.

I have Step-by-step photo tutorials for most of these and if there is enough interest in certain ones I can do separate posts for each thing. Sorry about the issues!

This post contains a LOT of crafts. All the things that I have done over the past several of months some dating back to Halloween and earlier. I have tried to write a little something for/about each thing but if you have questions feel free to ask!

These are list in no particular order (other than the order that they appear in my photo bucket). Enjoy and please FEEDBACK is like crafter chocolate! =D
