[livejournal.com profile] tuckspuddn made a darling little felt dollhouse earlier this year. I decided I wanted to make one for the local county fair / a birthday present ofr a special little girl.

I started this on July 21st. It went together pretty fast. Fair's in two weeks. I need to get on the ball and get more stuff done. :)

Oh and for the record, my pics aren't near as artistic. Mine are crappy cell phone pics at 2 am because I'm thrilled it's done pictures.

been inspired to work on some new designs lately!

sketched some doodles in my sketchbook with crayola markers, got them onto my computer, and prettied them up with some digital color. they were a lot of fun to do, and i'm uber excited about them! (side note: to make it even funner, the girls are going to come in each hair color -- brunette, redhead, and blonde!)

i'd love to hear your feedback <3
thanks for looking!

In my favorite skirt I sadly got a bleach stain, its a black 100 % cotton twill skirt. I have a package of black dye from dylon (a famous brand here) for usage in the washing machine at 60 degrees.
but now I read the instructions which are inside the package, and it says it won't dye over bleach stains!
I'm not sure what to do now, is there any way of restoring this skirt to its previous glory?

also, another question, I've got some plastic string (rex lace) that I want to make into earrings (with various length of string hanging down from a ring) but it keeps curling on me? is there any way i could uncurl this stuff?

thanks :)

So, I have a plain, white, beaten-up nightstand in desperate need of repainting. It's been mine as long as I can remember, and before that, it was my dad's.

So, who wants to help? There's a cat in it for you. )
