*raises hand* I haz a question!!!!

Ok, enough of that. I want to make fancy, schmancy earwires of my own. I've been doing some research and it doesn't seem to be to difficult. Now... Here's my question. I'd also like to oxidize them so that they're all black and shiny. I read somewhere that you need to tumble stuff after you oxidize it to help the patina last longer. (I've only oxidized stamped pieces that I then polished. So this hasn't been an issue for me so far.) Is this true? And if so, what type of tumbler would I use?

Not long ago I was ordered to weave quite a strange bead key-keeper, with the shape of a pair of compasses

Sleepy and forlorn.... and a little bit shaggy too.

I've got glandular fever and I'm feeling a bit sorry for myself.

I'm slowly on the mend now so I have the energy to craft again, and I've gone back to my newest obsession - needle felting.

I just love that you can make something out of nothing but fluff and air.
