Bendaroos

I need some help, and I thought you all would be the perfect group to ask:

I was recently given Bendaroos, and the idea of making turtles and sharks or furniture for my dolls really doesn't appeal to me. Does anybody have any ideas on other ways I could use these to make something cool? I've got 200 sticks in multiple colors...

If you're unfamiliar, Bendaroos are basically string covered in colored wax. They hold shape and stick to walls, windows, pretty much anything, or you can use them as a sculpting tool and create freestanding objects with them also. They burn similar to a candle wick that is out of control, but the wax does not burn in colors, it burns clear and you are left with a charred, stiff string. They are not suitable for drawing with because they are flimsy and the wax does not show up on paper. They are easy to cut, scissors do the trick.

Any ideas? I'm at a complete loss, and I don't want to throw them out. There has to be something awesome to do with them...

This doll was inspired by American McGee's Little Red Riding Hood...She's completely hand stitched and 22 inches tall.

Is it possible to make something like this (http://www.amazon.com/Patagonia-Atom-Black/dp/B002N11LFC/ref=sr_1_33?ie=UTF8&s=apparel&qid=1279065386&sr=8-33) out of duct tape or something similar? Obviously the crafted version would be a bit simpler than the store bought one.

I would just buy one, but I want one that's got the strap on the other side (essentially a mirror image of the one in the picture), and I can't find one anywhere.

I had one, but it came with a suitcase or something and I haven't seen one since.
