I am a bartender, and therefore have tons of liquor paraphernalia and free swag, including a t-shirt for pretty much every beer or liquor sold in New England. I collect em all and have been trying to slowly alter them all into cute wearable shirts. Next I'll have to figure out what to do with all the hats....
Anyway, this is one style I tried for the first time last night. Soooooo simple..I really recommend it. I got in on t-shirt surgery from mass_comm_girl, who i believe got it from the second Generation T book.

I've gotten back into the swing of things, and reconstructed this vintage blue dress - a perfect Salvation Army find.

I shortened it - hemmed it wayyy up. I also made the highly unflattering long sleeves much shorter. I'm very happy with this recon and it makes me want Spring to hurry its butt up and get here...

Hey Ladies! So I have a question. I've recently got onto working with felt and I need some help. I'd like a fabric punch that can cut shapes out of felt. I'm using flower shapes primarily but if you all know something that can make more than one shape that would be awesome too! Other than buying a Cricut [we already own an older version that can't cut felt] do you all have any suggestions?

Thanks in advance for any help!
