I'm trying to be organised and get my Christmas gifts sorted out now rather than later, and I'm going ideally for handmade or at least more personal things this year.

I'm struggling, though, with my Dad and Grandpa. I never really know what to get for them... opinions on what gifts go down well with men would be welcome. I'm - and I'm sure they are - pretty tired of the chocolates and men's toiletries and coffee that seem to go down every year :)
I like this idea, but I'm a little stumped for things to include.

PLUS,

My Grandpa has very limited sight. He's just a few steps away from blind. Gifts for him are especially hard - he already has more CDs, audio books, liquor and chocolates than he knows what to do with, and most gift ideas for the blind - talking clocks, etc - he already has or doesn't want.

So what can I make for them?
