craftgrrldoes anyone know where i could get reflective/holographic tape that can be washed?
im tryin to make a pair of capris that gather at the bottom and i want the ties to be like the straps that hang off UFOs (the clothing line)....any idea's? i've looked in jo'ann fabrics and walmart and found nothing...maybe i dont know where to look???
it's those lil curling things on the right side....
