how do I anti-fray cheap, knitted gloves?
Nov. 5th, 2003 09:22 amTarget had two pairs of acrylic/poly/spandx knit gloves, two pairs for $1.50! They're called "Magic Gloves" ... *shrugs*. Anyway, I bought them to wear when I work outside as an outdoor vendor during a local winter festival, but I have to handle money--tough when you're wearing knit gloves--so I want to cut the fingertips off at least the thumb and first two fingers.
How can I do that without the gloves fraying? Does anyone know if fray check will work? I don't want to unravel while I'm working ... =( at least, I don't want my gloves to unravel! Suggestions are loved!
