i went about to make a little change purse out of some thin vinyl, and i had the intent of sewing the chunkier black zipper on it....but even with my zipper foot i either couldn't tell where the edge of the zipper was, or if i flipped it around, i couldn't tell where the edge of the apple was (i couldn't just line up the edges of each like how normal sewing is because of how it zips...) so i ended up stitching an invisible zipper by hand (gah!). is there a way that i don't have to stitch it by hand? can i somehow fuse it on without the cumbersomeness of an iron and then stitch over everything? haha. i could glue it i guess?
