craftgrrli think that i am an idiot, and accidentally deleted the earlier post. sorry, i got kind of overwhelmed with lovin' support there.
(either that, or mods have tossed it for reasons i didn't find in the FAQ.
if this is so, please let me know about it. i don't want to be stepping on toes here, and i love the community, but i think this is fairly relevant and i will repost it and then leave it until someone tells me not to.)
anyway. i really appreciate everyone's comments, thoughts, input and so on. i will pass them on, without names, when i address this issue with the corporate office.
