Inkjet T-shirt transfers

craftgrrlOkay, so the Frida shirt didn't hold up after 1 washing in cold water (no bleach.) Now she is the faceless Frida! not good.
What brand(s) of inkjet transfers do you use? What's best? Is there some sort of fixative you can use to make it last longer?
A friend says she uses the inkjet transfers for dark shirts, even when working with light colored shirts. She said they hold up better over time. Has anyone else tried this?
