Does anyone know where I could get super duper cheap plain black vinyl belts in Ontario. Yes this may not have anything to do with crafting right now..but it will :: grin :: Also, I looked in the FAQs for this but didn't really find any satisfactory answers...how would I make strong, water-proof decoupage on an article such as...oh I don't know...a belt xD
