i'm working on this skirt. it's my first one and i had high hopes, but since i was doing it all as i went things didn't turn out right. i wanted there to be lace or ribbon on the botton as decoration but i ended up putting it at the top as a sort of belt since i didn't cut the top narrower than the front. so now i don't know what to do with the bottom. i don't want to put a ribbon or lace because then i think it would be too much. i COULD hem it, but i wanted to see if you guys had any suggestions before i did. also, other than having the top narrower than the bottom, any other quick hints for my second try?



i'm going to cut the ribbon shorter, and maybe do something to its ends. i'm not sure??
