I thought this only happened in cartoons, but apparently it happens in real life too.

I sat on a knitting needle today. It punctured my favourite jeans and stuck into the back of my thigh. I had to pull it out to remove it. The puncture wound started to bleed. I've got a bandaid over it now, but it still hurts.

Watch out for your knitting needles, crafters!
