silkscreening with embroidery hoops and tulle:

i've looked through the faq, but have one question:

is the image/tulle reusable only to the extent that you would keep it IN the hoop and not remove it? or can you remove it and put it back okay?

i was thinkin the modgepodge or whatver you use to block out areas would crack, or the tape wouldn't like being re-stretched into the hoop.....
