Starburst Wallet?

A couple weeks ago, someone posted pictures of a wallet they made from Starburst wrappers and clear packing tape. I thought it was totally neat, so I decided to make one for a friend from Skittles wrappers. I remember the wallet having velcro on it, but I can't get the freaking velcro to stick on mine! I was using "WeldBond" glue, which sticks everything to everything else... except to this wallet, apparently! >:O I don't think sewing the velcro on would work, does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can get the velcro to stay? I was thinking of Crazy Glue, but if this WeldBond stuff won't stay (just peels right off), I assume any other glue would do the same thing. Or would it?
