today's my birthday.
crafty birthday gift haul:
paint by number
8 pack of playdough
2 large skeins of very soft fluffy blue yarn
stitch holder
2 small balls (maybe enough in all to make a pair of mittens. but probably not even that much) of terrycloth-feeling pink varigated yarn.

the question is... what sort of creative stuff can I make for myself out of the pink terry-feeling stuff (I'm a knitter, not a crocheter). I have plenty of scarves, hats, and armwarmers. Basically, I'm asking for really creative or odd knitting ideas for not much yarn.
