Cinnamon spoons?

Ok, so all the spoon posts have sparked yet another :). I didn't even think to make them until I saw all these...

I'm wondering if there's a way you could make them have a cinnamon flavor? My mom loves to put cinnamon right in the grounds before she makes her coffee, but my dad hates it...so most of the time my mom goes without the flavor she really likes. I was thinking of sprinkling cinnamon on the chocolate, but I thought that might taste funny.
