I'm not sure if this is a crafting question or not but here it goes.

Has anyone ever made caramel covered marshmellows? I've had them from Williams-Sonoma and they're really good, but they're also a bit expensive. I was wondering if anyone's ever made this at home before. I'm looking for a recipe and tips on how to keep the marshmellows from melting when introduced to the warm caramel.
