therapist card?

This is kind of embarresing to post, but I need help.
What's appropriate to say in a christmas card to my therapist? Should I just say the generic merry christmas happy holidays blah blah?
I do like him, have learned a lot, and think he's a smart good guy. But should I say that or is that like..not appropriate for a patient-doctor relationship. Is this not the time? Or is this just kind of my call?
And what is a good generic thing to say to a therapist? I'm kind of lost what is right.
