Yes, another marble magnet question, hopefully the last!

I got my magnets, the E6000 glue and now the flat, clear marbles, but the marbles have so many bubbles in them. I guess I shouldn't have bought them at the Dollar Tree. Will this make the images impossible to view? Are different colors better? Are the ones at Wal-Mart or Michael's better marbles?
