Mirror Excitedness
Dec. 9th, 2003 05:22 pmSo, I was talking with a close friend of mine and we mentioned that we want to exchange practical Christmas gifts. She told me she wants a mirror big enough to see her entire face so that she can put it in her bedroom. Well, being the creative person I am, I can't just give Sara a mirror, I am going to have to decorate it somehow. I am going to go through the FAQ/Memories section when I get back from my anthropology final (think good thoughts of me at 6pm west-coast time) and decide WHAT I want to do to the mirror but am so excited that I had to share this with you girls! (My husband wasn't as excited as some of you might be! LOL Who would have guessed!?)
So, Sara is an English major and a German major and I thought about etching something in German on the mirror and using some sort of paint ... maybe even *gasp* puff paint *faints* to decorate the frame. What do you girls think of that idea? I might etch it or something like that, too. I'm way into decorating things but also don't know if I want to make an elaborately etched frame around the mirror (as in vines all the way around) or whether I want to paint/etch something at the top or the bottom or something. What do you all think? Help me out here and I'll be back later to make more decisions!
Have any ideas of what I could do?
PS - I love this community!
