I-cord

Hey! I'm working on the cell phone cozy like the one at craftster, and i need to make i-cords for the critter's arms and the loop handle on the back.

i've looked up how to make these and everywhere it says ooh its so eays, just take 2 double pointed...

but i don't own any double pointed needles!

is there a way i could do this still? my friend says i can use a knitting nobby, but i don't have one of those either.

any suggestions besides.. buying more crap?
