Christmas present idea...
Dec. 13th, 2003 05:05 pmNeed a few suggestions here and it does turn out to be a bit crafty! Just not for me, for my 5 year old...
I just returned from Hobby Lobby and no I didn't buy out the store but I did pick up $32 worth of stuff, $5 only being what I really indended on getting!
I bought a "memory book" kit for my 5 year old. I'm going to give her pictures she can cut up, a glue stick, glitter and finger paints. I'm going to let her just have at it and make a present for her grandparents.
My question is, just opinions here...for the grandparents that can buy everything they ever want (yeah they have $$$) and have 5 grandkids...do you think this is a good idea? She can fill in about 1/4 of the book and leave the rest open for the other grandkids to do with the grandparents later.
Goofy idea or good? But just to keep in the group theme here, I'll post what she does a little later on.
