Bag Decorating

When Xmas comes around I never give a person just one thing. I plan on it but it always turns into a gift basket or something...I ran outta bags and I leave town tomorrow mornin and wont have time to buy bags and package the stuff up so Im tryin to finish everythin tonight....Ive looked around and found some lunch bags..cellophane..stuff like that....anyway wrappin ideas? Or any cute way to dress paper bags up so I dont look so cheap.
