I've been reading threads here and a ton of websites, and I am confused. Some of the comments in an earlier thread here say to bake at 350, but all the random food websites I've seen say 325. Which one is it? Some places suggest you roast at 400 or 425 for 30 minutes and then down to 350 or 325. I'm kinda confused.

My turkey is 15.5 pounds and has been sitting in a brine of broth, salt, spices, sugar, etc. for over a day. I read one site that said that brined turkeys cook faster, but it didn't say more than that.

Help?
