(no subject)

Hey everybody, I'm a newbie to crocheting, and as you can probably tell this is my first attempt. It's just a basic scarf I'm using a triple stitch (three tier, i'm not sure what the technical term is :-P) my question is, i'm sure you notice the twisty nature of the scarf and i just wondered if that's because of bad tension or is that natural and might go away if I block(?) it. thanks for your patience with me :)
