I would like to use lace in crazy colours (hot pink, lime green, violet, etc.) for details on the clothes I make, but can't find any coloured lace in the stores - only white, cream, and black. Have any of you managed to successfully dye lace? I feel as if it won't work because lace isn't very absorbent (I'm talking about the frilly kind, not the cotton kind). Any advice, suggestions?
