I know this has been debated before, but are cherry pits really the best thing to make those heating bags out of? I checked The Cherry Pit Store (www.cherrypitstore.com), and of course they make cherry pits sound like the greatest things on earth, but also, I don't think I'm going to need four pounds of cherry pits to make one little bag. I'm worried about using rice and then having it scorch and smell funky forever; anyone have any experience using pits and rice? Is there REALLY that big of a difference in the end?
