[identity profile] felineillusion.livejournal.com posting in [community profile] craftgrrl
Alright -- here goes a question that has already been asked, and I have researched a little: How does one go about making t-shirts smaller? I found this post very helpful, however, it still leaves me with a problem -- the shoulder seam where the sleeve meets the body of the shirt is still going to be too low, making the shirt look like it doesn't fit. I'm assuming that to fix this, one would remove the sleeves before cutting off the excess material on the sides, however, does anyone have a particular technique for re-attatching the sleeves? I have a rough idea, but if someone has experience with doing this, advice would be welcomed. Otherwise, I'm just going to have to wing it. And by god, I'm ready to resize my shirts now! Thanks for reading this.
