ok, this might be completely silly, but i thought it was cool...!

i dyed my hair today, using a pretty bright/dark red called burgundy. When I went to rinse it out, i realized my boyfriend had lost the stopper to our tub. So i found an old pair of white panties (you know, granny panties!) and used it to jam into the drain to keep the water in the tub. rinsed my hair, of course the water stained red, and now the panties are dyed a really pale, pretty pink... it looks completely awesome!

of course, it might cause skin irritants, but it also brought up a bunch of ideas. maybe hairdye to dye other clothes that wouldn't matter so much if they were hypo-allergenic... like pale pink socks? curtains? bedsheets?

i'm probably crazy. :)
