Hi Guys 'n Gals. I just got diagnosed with a herniated disc and some torn muscles, which means I'm not ounly grounded from any activity but also in an incredible amount of pain. I'm also quickly becoming utterly bored! I can for the life of me not think of anything I can do that won't cause my back to hurt more then it already does (trust me, it doesn't need any help on that department). Any movement basically sends jerks down my back, as I'm having to lie on my stomach on the floor, severely limiting my mobility, as you can imagine.
I can read, and I can watch DVD's, but neither of which I can do for longer periods of time because of how I have to lie in order to do them.
Help!!! I need something to do besides books and DVD's and sleeping or else I'll go bonkers before I'm able to get back to what normally keeps me sane!!!! I'm breaking I don't know how many "rules" by even being on here and writing you guys, but I'm at a total loss for ideas. Please help, I know at least one of you will have something that'll be just the ticket.
My thanks in advance, I know I'll have a lot of catching up to do when I'm back as normal again.
