Feb. 16th, 2004 10:16 pmI have a [geniune] camo military jacket that I got at a thrift store a while ago. It's a bit baggy though, and I want to take in the sides to make it fit better. Now, if I'm doing that, do I have to take in the sleeves as well so that's in proportion to the body of the jacket? And how do I deal with the underarm area? If anyone has worked with this type of fabric before and can give any tips, that would also be great.
Plus...It kinda smells. I've washed it already though and it still has a distinct odor. Should I use something special to wash it in, and if so, what?
Thanks in advance.
