Hi everyone,
I want to knit a 5' by 6' blanket for a birthday present. Now, ideally, I would like to do a border of 1' by 1' squares of garter stitch alternating in green and black, with four large 1.5' by 2' retangles in stockinette stitch filling in the middle. Will the border counter the tendency of the stockinette stitching curl?
