Can anyone help me???

I recently saw a product on a certain website that I was really interested in. I actually plan on buying it, but I would love to know how they did it. Here goes my explanation of what it looked like:
It looked a lot like a flat glass marble with a picture inside of it. It was not the flat marble with the picture glued to the back side. They were actually called "bubbles". I would love to know how someone got a picutes inside of a piece of glass. They were described as being glass, so my theory that it was just pourable resin is wrong I guess. If anyone has any idea how one would go about making these, please let me know! Thanks a ton!
