I had a coupon for 40% off an item at JoAnn, and I'd been eyeing a tissue box cover there, so I went & picked it up. My mirror & lightswitch cover in my bathroom were decoupaged with makeup items, and it seemed right to do the tissue box in the same theme. But this time I decided to highlight my favorite cosmetics line, Nars. I cut up a booklet & some promo materials I had and
