I didn't find this in the memories/faq.
Is there a better way to apply loose glitter to something rather than "Elmers glue, glitter, shake off glitter, repeat, save excess glitter?"
Its for a skirt, so preferably washable. If not.. that's okay, I can always re-glitter :]
