I want to cover a pair of boots with black glitter so they look like this (http://www.howcool.com/Demonia%20New/PL-STACK-301-GLIT.htm). But, I do not want to leave a trail of glitter behibd me as I walk. Any idea how I could get the glitter to stay there?
