okay, so i have




and i want to make the sleeves shorter, and take the shoulders up because they're not quite on my shoulders. however, i can't figure out how to do this. i tried it on one sleeve and it ended up with the sleeve being fine and what i wanted and all, but the main shirt part got all poofy at the shoulder...




so how would i accomplish this without poofiness? =\

EDIT> oh yeah, i took that shoulder up in a way that i can rip out the stitches and still have the original shirt (i haven't cut it yet) so i just ripped out the stitches on the poofy shoulder...
